Country Roads Angel Network
Tickets are now available for our Wednesday, May 29 event at the Hotel Morgan in Downtown Morgantown. Come socialize with Rotarians from Mon County’s five clubs including Morgantown, Cheat Lake, Westover, Mason-Dixon, and Morgantown North.
The event begins with a cash bar social at 6:00, followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30 and our speaker at 7:00. We’re happy to welcome Frank Vitale, President & CEO of Forge Business Solutions. Frank will be representing and speaking about the Country Roads Angel Network (WVCRAN – https://wvcran.com/)
Tickets are $30 and guests are welcome.

Setting the Stage

We’re happy to welcome John Deskins, Director of the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at West Virginia University. John will give us insight on our recent economic wins, what’s in the pipeline, and the challenges we face.

Host Families United in Helping Afghan Students at WVU
Mark your calendars for the next Joint Meeting of the Morgantown Area Rotary Clubs, being held at Tropics on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
The Rotary Club of Cheat Lake is hosting the event at Tropics, with a wonderful BBQ Glazed Chicken buffet and Shrimp Skewers, included in your ticket price. The evening will feature our Guest Speaker, Colleen Harshbarger, who will be sharing information about the Host Families United in Helping Afghan Students at WVU program. She will also be bringing along at least one of the students with her to share their life-changing experience through the program.
